4 Months Until Party

Have the bachelorette give you a list of guests she would like to invite. Make sure she includes their email addresses, phone numbers, and home addresses.

It is important to check with a few of the bachelorette's close friends to help plan the evening's activities so the party will be well received by the majority!

Consider where the party should be held and what date works for most of the ladies who are invited. You will never find a perfect date for everyone so pick the best date for the majority!

It is important to evaluate the following:
1. Length of party?  Party's theme?
2. Who's driving or is transportation needed?
3. How will expenses be divided? Food? Decorations? Entrance fees? Hired      entertainment? (The bride-to-be needs to be figured into the cost.)
4. Will guests be asked to bring gifts based on party's theme?
5. Does the bachelorette want to have a conservative party or is she adventurous?

If you are traveling for the party, it is a great idea to call a hotel of choice as early as possible and get a group rate!

3 Months Until Party

Send out an initial email. Let the ladies know the party details including: where the party will be held, the cost, travel arrangements, and any other important information. It is very helpful to send a group email to share email addresses and ensure group communication!

Make sure to have the ladies respond to you or the person you appoint.  You may want the bride-to-be to call those guests who do not respond in a timely manner if you do not know them well.

2 Months Until Party

Confirm responses. Make sure invited guests know all the necessary information.

1 Month Until Party

You are getting real close now! The excitement should be building! Send out an email with the final plans.  Confirm the following information:

a. Hotel and Travel
b. Transportation
c. Food/Drink
d. Entertainment
e. Who is responsible for bringing various items

1 Week Until Party

Send out an email to all the invited guests to increase the spirit and excitement for the party. It is always good to go over all the basics one more time for those who are a little party-challenged.  You are about to experience a memorable time.  Make sure the bride-to-be is always pampered and has the time of her life.
