ForBlackWedding.com - Advertising -Terms & Conditions

1. After payment is received, ForBlackWeddings.com will have the vendor listing online within five (5) business days.

2. All advertisement fees will be paid "in full" and in advance for a one (1) year term and will be renewed yearly unless cancelled by the owner.    All fees are payable in U.S. dollars only.

3. If the vendor’s company goes out of business, no refunds will be given.

4. ForBlackWeddings.com will provide Internet access from the vendor’s listing to their e-mail address and/or website for the term outlined herein on this agreement if the vendor has paid for Advertising other than Option 1.  Option 1 is basic listing without links.

5. Promotions and/or advertisements will ONLY be in the name of ForBlackWeddings.com.

6. ForBlackWeddings.com assumes no responsibility for the growth of potential future business or the loss of business of the advertising vendor.

7. The term is for one full year (12 months) after payment is received and will be renewed yearly unless cancelled by the owner.

8. Vendors may not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise without ForBlackWeddings.com prior written consent. Any attempt to assign this Agreement is in violation hereof will be null and void.

9. The parties to this Agreement are independent contractors. Neither party is an agent, representative or partner of the other.

10. Neither party will be liable for default or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (except other than for non-payment by Vendor) if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to fire, flood, accident, earthquakes, telecommunications line failures, storms, strikes and or walk-outs.

11. Vendors agrees to respond to all e-mails received from brides/grooms accessing the Site within a reasonable period of time, but in no event later than one week from the date the e-mail was originally sent.

12. Cancellation Policy: This contract is binding and completion of the contract is required under the Terms of this Agreement. You may, however, request that your listing be removed from the ForBlackWeddings.com at any time, but there are no refunds of advertising fees. No exceptions.

13. FORBLACKWEDDINGS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSES OR IMPLIES, AS TO ANY MATTER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ADVERTISING, THE AVAILABILITY OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, NUMBER OF HITS, AND OTHER SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

14.  ForBlackWeddings.com may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Revisions to the Terms and Conditions will be effective at the time they are posted on the website.

15. ForBlackWeddings.com maintains the right to correct any errors or false or misleading information on this website.

16. You agree to receive future notifications and correspondence from ForBlackWeddings.com in the form of an e-mail, fax, US mail or phone call.

17. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ForBlackWeddings.com, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable and accounting fees, arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions represent the “Agreement” between ForBlackWeddings.com and the wedding vendor.

By submitting your business information and checking the Submit and Agree to Terms button, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the specifics of this agreement as well as the Terms and Conditions.
